For all those who trust in the Enneagram numbers, I’m a 3, 7, 8. 

 

I am an achiever. My every day is working to grow in some capacity. I always look forward to critique from my leadership; and strive to apply it not only to the project at hand, but also to future projects. In my free time, you’ll also find me watching countless tutorials on how to crochet, embroider, or whatever the next DIY project that I see on Pinterest might be. I can obviously do that myself, right?!

 

I am an enthusiast! I’m always optimistic about the future and can’t wait to share a little camaraderie between my teammates and friends. I’m here to rally the troops and get us all on board to do our best on every project. I’m also always the one messaging the group, “Hey, are you going to XYZ later this week? I can’t wait to go!”.  

 

And finally, I am a challenger. I think this trait comes from being both an achiever and an enthusiast. Not only do I want to continue growing and bettering myself, but I want the entire team to do the same! I’m not afraid to push boundaries of what is expected, ask the team questions when I think briefing information feels off, or stand up for my ideas when they aren’t quite understood the first time.
